About Ellen Collings

DESIGNER | MAKER | ARTIST

Hello! I am a multi-disciplinary artist, originally from London, currently based in Cardiff, having studied for a BA in Design for Performance from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

Since graduating in 2021 I have been lucky enough to work on projects for Film, TV and Theatre, in a variety of roles, as well as maintaining my own personal art practise.

With a background in fine art, I find creative satisfaction in applying pre-existing skills in traditional visual communication and conceptual thinking to work for both stage and screen. The harmonious way these two disciplines conceptually support each other drives me to be involved at every stage of the process. Utilising abilities in 2D, 3D and digital mediums, I work with versatility and a commitment to continuing learning whenever possible!
